A. Applicability of These Terms

Dental Greens ("we", "us", "our", "Dental Greens") operates this website and the clinic located in Pitampura, Delhi. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to anyone who visits or uses this website, submits an appointment or callback request through it, or receives treatment at our clinic ("you", "your", "patient").

By using this website, submitting a form, or booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

You must be 18 years of age or older to submit a request through this website on your own behalf. If you are booking or enquiring on behalf of a minor or another person, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

B. Services

"Services" means the dental healthcare services provided by Dental Greens at our clinic, including but not limited to consultations, Invisalign and aligner treatment, dental implants, veneers, braces, root canal treatment, crowns and bridges, fillings, extractions, dentures, gum treatment, scaling and polishing, and related preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dental care.

Service descriptions, treatment timelines, and any pricing shown on this website are indicative and provided for general information only. Your actual treatment plan, timeline, and cost will be confirmed only after an in-person clinical examination.

C. Appointments and Bookings

This website allows you to request an appointment or callback. Submitting a request does not by itself confirm an appointment. All requests are confirmed by our clinic team by phone, WhatsApp, or email.

We will make reasonable efforts to honour confirmed appointment times, but we do not guarantee that a specific date, time, or dentist will always be available, and an appointment may occasionally need to be postponed or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our control (such as a medical emergency involving the treating dentist).

D. Fees and Payment

This website does not process online payments. All consultation and treatment fees are payable directly at our clinic, through the payment methods accepted there at the time of your visit.

Treatment costs depend on your individual diagnosis and treatment plan and will be shared with you before treatment begins.

E. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy

Dental treatment outcomes depend on several factors, including your underlying oral and general health, how your body responds to treatment, and how closely you follow the aftercare and review instructions given by your dentist. Because of this, we cannot guarantee a specific clinical outcome for any treatment.

Where you have made an advance payment for a treatment and wish to cancel, please inform the clinic as early as possible. Any refund of an advance payment will depend on how much clinical work, custom fabrication (such as aligners, crowns, dentures, or implant components), or laboratory work has already been carried out or ordered on your behalf, as these costs may already have been incurred and are non-recoverable once work has started.

As a general guide, refund requests are considered only where treatment has not yet started, or where custom appliances have not yet been ordered or fabricated. Once impressions have been taken, appliances ordered, or a procedure has begun, the associated consultation, diagnostic, laboratory, and material costs already incurred will not be refundable.

To request a refund, please write to us with the reason for your request. We will review each request individually, taking into account the stage of treatment, work and materials already committed, and the circumstances involved, and will respond with our decision in writing.

F. Re-treatment Policy

If you are not satisfied with a treatment outcome, or if a restoration such as a filling, crown, denture, or aligner does not fit or perform as expected, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue.

Where appropriate, and subject to a clinical review by our dentists, we may offer re-treatment, repair, or replacement at our discretion. This is generally considered where you have attended your scheduled review appointments, followed the aftercare instructions provided, and reported any issue within a reasonable time of it arising.

Re-treatment or warranty-style support is not available where the issue results from failure to attend follow-up appointments, failure to follow aftercare instructions (for example, not wearing retainers or aligners as advised), loss or damage to an appliance, or treatment obtained from a provider other than Dental Greens in the interim.

G. Right to Decline or Discontinue Treatment

Our dentists may, at their clinical discretion, decline to begin or may discontinue a course of treatment where they consider it is not clinically appropriate, where a patient does not follow the recommended treatment plan or attendance requirements, where there has been a breakdown of trust between the patient and the clinic, or where a patient behaves in an abusive or threatening manner towards our staff.

Where we decline or discontinue treatment, we will, where reasonably possible, explain our reasons and, where appropriate, suggest that you seek care elsewhere.

H. Not Medical Advice

Content on this website, including service descriptions, articles, comparisons, and FAQs, is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute dental or medical advice. It is not a substitute for an in-person consultation, diagnosis, or treatment plan from a qualified dentist.

You should not rely on this website in place of professional advice specific to your own oral health, and should always consult our dentists directly regarding any dental concern.
